REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

Our policy?

ETGI LLC – (Patriot Apparel) stands behind the quality of products that we sell. Our products are made to order. Please confirm that colors/sizes, etc. are correct before placing the order. Please also confirm that your shipping address is completely accurate to avoid delivery delays or lost shipments.

We do not offer replacement or refunds if the wrong size or color is ordered or if you change your mind about an item.

Do you offer replacements or refunds?

Refunds or replacements are only offered to customers that receive an incorrect or faulty product. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@etgillc.com  within thirty (30) days of the product delivery date. Please provide photos of item and a description of the issue. We will be happy to provide a free replacement or a refund of the purchase price.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@etgillc.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue you a refund!
